This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Ibexoft products and services made directly through ibexoft.com, via Freemius, or via Paddle. It does not apply to purchases made through CodeCanyon/Envato Market — see Section 4 below.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all paid purchases processed through Freemius (Automotive Inventory Importer Pro, and any future WordPress plugin) and through Paddle (DailyWins and any future non-plugin digital product), calculated from the date of your original purchase or subscription renewal charge.
If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase or renewal, contact us and we will process a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
- For Freemius-processed purchases (Automotive Inventory Importer Pro): email us at [email protected], or use the refund request option in your Freemius customer account at customers.freemius.com. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, returned to your original payment method.
- For Paddle-processed purchases (DailyWins and future products): email us at [email protected], or use the link in your Paddle receipt/invoice to request a refund directly through Paddle’s buyer portal.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period, unless your cancellation falls within the 14-day guarantee window described in Section 1. To cancel, use the customer portal link in your purchase confirmation or renewal email, or contact us directly.
4. Purchases via CodeCanyon (Envato Market)
If you purchased Automotive Inventory Importer through CodeCanyon, your purchase is not covered by this policy. It is instead governed entirely by Envato’s own Buyer Protection and refund rules, available at codecanyon.net/page/customer_refund_policy. Envato — not Ibexoft — determines refund eligibility and timelines for CodeCanyon purchases, and refund requests for those purchases should be submitted through Envato’s Help Center, not to us directly.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund request where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same product, or fraudulent payment activity. This does not affect any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
6. Free Products
Our free plugin versions and free-tier features are provided at no charge, so no refund is applicable to them.
